《Hear Me Cry》出自由李察吉尔和莎朗史通主演的奥斯卡影片《激情交叉点》主题曲，由Cagnet演唱。它同时也是日剧《恋爱世纪》的主题歌。这首歌是由音乐制作人日向大介，MEO，PHIL，SISTA，SPACE，JUNKIES所共同组成的团体Cagnet乐团制作的。
